Parish Council Meeting
AGENDA 12th December 2022
A Parish Council meeting will be held at Swinderby Village Hall on Monday 12th December 2022 commencing at 7.30 pm.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the attached agenda.
The meeting is open to the public and there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

Public Forum
1. To receive any apologies for absence
2. To receive any declarations of interest
In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensation in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or any other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.
3. To receive and approve: The minutes of the Parish Council meeting 14th November 2022, previously circulated to members and published in draft to the website as required under the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities.
4. Finance

e)To consider a payment to the Clerk for additional work undertaken

10. To consider ideas from Councillors for poppy display items for future Remembrance Days.
11. To respond to a request for emergency planning information to be sent to Emergency Planning & Business Continuity Service at Lincolnshire County Council
