Parish Council Meeting
AGENDA 11th July 2022
A Parish Council meeting will be held at Swinderby Village Hall on Monday 11th July 2022 commencing at 7.30 pm.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the attached agenda.
The meeting is open to the public and there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

1.To receive any apologies for absence
2.To receive any declarations of interest
In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensation in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or any other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.
3.To receive and approve:
The minutes of the Annual Parish Council meeting 13th June 2022, previously circulated to members and published in draft to the website as required under the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities.

6.To consider any updates to approved outline planning permission 17/0603/OUT and to sections of the S106 agreement that was signed 21.12.2017.
7.To consider any necessary actions for the maintenance of the climbing frame.
8.To sign the updated NKDC Code of Conduct.
9.To arrange for the installation of the lottery sign at the play area and the location sign near the defibrillator.
10.To consider actions required prior to applying to the National Lottery Heritage Fund for an access gate and footpath at the Playing Field.
11.Clerk and Councillors Reports (for information only), including a review of actions from minutes and matters that Councillors wish to be brought to the next or subsequent meetings.
No decisions may be made under this section, but councillors may wish to use this to flag up issues.
