Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting
AGENDA 24th August 2022
An extraordinary Parish Council meeting will be held at Swinderby Village Hall on Wednesday 24th August 2022 commencing at 7.30 pm.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the attached agenda.
The meeting is open to the public and there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

1.To receive any apologies for absence
2.To receive any declarations of interest
In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensation in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or any other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct.
3.To receive and approve:
The minutes of the Parish Council meeting 11th July 2022, previously circulated to members and published in draft to the website as required under the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities.
4. To resolve that all correspondence regarding the brownfield site is directed to and from the Clerk.
5. To consider any actions required, following a letter received from Bridge McFarland solicitors, concerning the expected planning application for the brownfield site.
6. To review and resolve how we engage the public in any further consultations as deemed appropriate.

Parish Council meeting 7.30pm Monday 12th September 2022.
