AGENDA 4th April 2022

A Parish Council meeting will be held at Swinderby Village Hall on Monday 4th April 2022 commencing at 7.30pm.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the attached agenda.
The meeting is open to the public and there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

The minutes of the Parish Council meeting 14th March 2022, previously circulated to members and published in draft to the website as required under the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities.

7.To consider any updates to approved outline planning permission 17/0603/OUT and to sections of the S106 agreement that was signed 21.12.2017.

8.To consider plans for the Annual Parish Council meeting to be held on Monday 9th May

9.To consider plans for the Annual Parish meeting to be held on Monday 16th May.

10.To report on any updates to the installation of new equipment on the Play Area.

11.To consider and develop plans to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, including payment for school photographs.

12.To receive an update on plans for the playing field.

13.To discuss the central Lincolnshire Plan.

14.Clerk and Councillors Reports (for information only), including a review of actions from minutes and matters that Councillors wish to be brought to the next or subsequent meetings.
